The Bullard Foundation

In collaboration with the Bullard PTSA, the Bullard Foundation proudly awards the Dr. Patrice Moore Scholarship Grant each year to support innovative educational opportunities that enhance learning and enrich the student experience at Bullard Elementary.

The grant is named in honor of Dr. Patrice Moore in recognition of her extraordinary dedication to public education and her lasting impact on the Bullard community. During her 30-year career in education, including 24 years with the Cobb County School District, Dr. Moore served as Assistant Principal at Clarkdale Elementary, Principal at Bryant Elementary, and spent 12 years as Principal of Bullard Elementary.

Under Dr. Moore's leadership, Bullard experienced tremendous growth and innovation. She championed the creation of the Bullard Foundation, helped strengthen the partnership between the school and its community, expanded educational opportunities for students, supported the development of Bullard's STEM program and STEM Lab, guided the school to earn Cobb STEM Certification, and encouraged fundraising efforts that provided valuable instructional resources for teachers and students.

The Dr. Patrice Moore Scholarship Grant honors her vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to educational excellence. By investing in innovative classroom initiatives each year, the grant continues her legacy of empowering teachers, inspiring students, and strengthening the Bullard community.
